      Email from within the app

      To send out personalised emails from within the app:

      1. In ZigZag Returns and Exchanges App, go to Manage returns and find the return request regarding which you want to send an email to a customer.

      2. On the specific Return request # page, scroll down to the bottom and click the Draft email button. A pop-up dialog appears where you can write your personalised email.

       

      3. You can also create template emails under Email Editors in the Return Portal settings.
