Following our latest updates we have redesigned the Returns and Exchanges panel under the Return Portal settings making it easier to configure return options, set your restock preferences and define when to offer Shop Now (new functionality, coming soon on our app).
The Returns and Exchanges settings were renamed to Return Options. Nothing changed in terms of functionality, visually the view changed from:

Under Refunds you can still configure your refund options by setting preferences for original payment method, discount codes and outbound shipping refunds.
On the Exchanges configurations you can configure your exchanges options including same variant exchanges, international exchanges, out of stock products and inventory policy.
