This is the destination address for all your customers' returns
To update your return address:
Select Return Portal Settings > Carriers & Labels
Update the address details in the Return address field
Update the relevant address field and select the Save button.
Note: For Collect+ return labels you must provide street address line 2.
Enterprise Clients
If you are subscribed to our Enterprise Custom plan and you are managing your returns through your ZigZag Returns and Exchanges dashboard, you can change your warehouse details following the steps below:
- Log in to your Dashboard;
- Go to Addresses;
- Click on "Edit" and update the correct address;
