What's new in ZZRE:

1. More automation across the return lifecycle - You can now automate more steps of the return process, helping reduce manual work. New automation options allow you to:

• automatically mark returns as Received based on tracking status;
• process refunds automatically;
• automatically mark returns as Completed;
• automatically archive returns after a configurable number of days.

2. More accurate Shop Now bonus allocation- We improved Shop Now calculations for returns that include both standard exchanges and Shop Now products. The Shop Now bonus is now applied only to Shop Now products, helping ensure prices are displayed correctly.

3. Improved language support for Live Exchange and Shop Now - Live Exchange and Shop Now widgets now use the available default translations for the customer's language, providing a more consistent experience across the Returns Portal.

4. Clearer pricing plan changes - We improved the pricing plan change experience with updated pop-ups and additional information about the price difference when switching plans.

5. Other improvements - We also fixed several issues affecting payment processing and the display of long contact details.
