What’s new in ZZRE:

1. Returns policy, now in your customers’ language 🌍 - You can now translate the returns policy in your Returns Portal. That was the last missing piece, so the whole portal can now speak your customers’ language.

2. App improvements - A bunch of small changes to make life easier:

• Fresh filters: the filters you apply on the Home page for the Managed Returns page are now cleared when you re-open the app.
• No carrier, no auto-approval: returns without a carrier now skip dynamic rules, so they won’t be approved automatically. You’ll get a nudge to take a quick manual look.
• Warehouse address limit: warehouse addresses are now limited to 32 characters to help prevent label failures.
• DPD and Northern Ireland: DPD can no longer be mapped to warehouses in Northern Ireland, as labels would fail.
• Clearer access code page: we polished the copy on the landing page with access code.
• Weight limit note: on the Managed Returns page, you’ll now see a note when no label was generated because the return exceeded the maximum weight.
