Find a return order

Find an order by order number, email address or customer name

To find an order:

  1. In ZigZag Returns and Exchanges App navigation bar, go to Manage returns.

  2. In the Search field, enter either the order number, email address or customer name and click the Search (icon) button.

Note: We recommend that you click the Reset button before every search to avoid any issues.
