      Carriers return label pricing

      UK customers can access Collect+ return labels and US customers can access USPS return labels.

      To use our return labels and benefit from our competitive rates you need to be signed up for either our Silver, Gold, Platinum or Enterprise plan.

      Return labels available in the UK:

       

      Collect+ delivered by Yodel

      • Only charged for labels that are used

      • Up to 60*50*50cm and 10kgs

      • Fully tracked service

      • £25 cover (This can be increased)

      • Over 7,500 drop-off points across UK

       

      Evri

      • Only charged for labels that are used

      • Maximum weight up to 10kg

      • Fully tracked

      • No insurance

      • Over 7,000+ drop-off points around the UK

       

      Return to Shop by DPD

      • max weight up to 20kg

      • Fully Tracked service

      • Liability up to £100

      over 7000 DPD drop off points that offer print-in-store capability

       

      Billing:

      We invoice on the first of each month for the previous months returns with payment taken five days later via Direct Debit. There are no minimums, minimum contract length or fixed payments, so if you process one return you are only billed for that return.
